Hi,

I've got one and hate it. It's really thin and you need to buy a mount for it, like a frame for an old Polaroid. Easily creases and kinks. I'd not bother!

So is the Seven5 the one to get?

That's a good filter, but is 75mm. Ideal for mirrorless. But you need the seven 5 adapter. If you are using the 100mm foundation, I'd get a standard 100mm resin.

I'm missing something here, Steve.....why would a mirrorless body require narrower filters than an SLR? Surely it's the lens that is the deciding factor.

I use both on my mirrorless, but the 75mm is a nicer size and for Nd grads, the transition is better worked based on the lens size. 100 mm is very big on a small camera. Having said that, the 100mm is required for the Fuji 10-24, do not always possible to use the 75.

Ah, you're using the term "mirrorless" to mean a typical 4/3 camera whereas there are mirrorless medium format, "full frame" and many other sizes. I would agree that the grad' transition should be taken into account and the sensor size, focal length, object lens diameter and the distance from the object lens to the filter all play a part in determining how gradual the transition appears on the image.

I need 100mm really then I can use it for my Canon DSLR, I will just get an adaptor for my Fuji.

I can't seem to find a 100mm resin 0.9 ND? or am I being blind?
