I've just received a used Lee Little Stopper today. It seems in good condition, but is covered with marks on the front side at the top and bottom

I've given it a good clean but I can't seem to get shut of them. Anyone seems anything like this with Lee filters? I'm wondering if its a manufacturing fault as they don't seem to be surface marks..

Taken a couple of test shots at F22 and all I can see are dust bunnies on my sensor (which I knew was in need of a clean anyway), but I'm rather puzzled by it. Wondering whether to keep it or send it back

Decided to send this back as I'm not happy with it. Item was described as 'like new' - possibly it is if there was a manufacturing fault!

Quite right tossed back, I'd be amazed if it was a manufacturing fault as they are all hand made.

It doesn't really come across in the photo, but they did appear to be under the surface of the glass. Who know, but not my problem anymore at least!
