Just wondering what experiences people have had with prices from LCE?

Owing to a few business trips on the horizon, I emailed a couple of LCE branches to check stock and had different branches quiote different prices for a D7000 body.

Is this normal? I thought all branches would be the same.

Interestingly, despite getting answers on different days, both branches had an offer which finished "today". Both the offer and "normal price from tomorrow" were different. £70 in the case of the normal price.
 
It clearly pays to shop around the different LCE branches - another has now quoted £120 more than the cheapest.
 
OOI, my view on LCE (used) prices is that they are fairly random.

Usually these are posted high but you can (usually) haggle down (quite) a bit.

Have only purchased new once from LCE (The Strand) and they were fairly competitive on a Canon 50f1.4 and so were not amenable to dealing in that instance.
