I'm wanting to switch up my current monitor for a larger LCD tv. I have all the appropriate cables, etc to make this work. However, I want to make sure i can calibrate the tv appropriately for colour matching, etc. Any tips, suggestions, programs that can help me do this would be appreciated!

To get accurate colours, you'd need to have a wide gamut screen. If the specifications
show, it's best to look for screens close to 100% Adobe RGB. To get the colors correctly,
you need a color calibrator. Good brands of calibrators include Spyder and Color Munki.
Personally I prefer the Munki because it takes ambient lights into account and functions
as a printer calibrator as well.

Regards,

Keith
