The blue bag for my huge EZYBOX started to split along the seem, and it wasn't long before it had fallen apart completely and even the zip had fallen to pieces!!
So I sent a message to Lastolite asking where I could buy one as I was struggling to find anywhere online. Within 24 hours I'd had a reply from a lovely lady called, Beth. Who asked me to confirm which model it was, and told me she'd send me one in the post for free.....
A few days later, a parcel turned up containing a front diffuser (not what I wanted!), so I got back in touch with Beth, who, after she'd recovered from the Focus show, got back in touch to say she'd send the correct item out to me. Again free of charge!!
Beth also told me not to worry about returning the front diffuser, as I might need it one day!!
Absolutely first rate customer service from start to finish.....can't recommend them highly enough!!!
