I was trying to print a longer document on a better quality 120 gsm paper and the initial results are so bad I'm giving up. Everything is at quite an alarming angle on first page side, but the reverse side is absolutely fine. 80 gsm cheap paper comes out a lot more straight, but there is still a little bit of problem.

Is there anything I can do or is it Samsung warranty repair call?

Sounds like its misfeeding perhaps worn rollers (normally a service/consumable part) which would account for the thicker paper being worse problem or an internal guide gone askew. Or it just doesn't like the paper (some printers are extremely fussy). Presumably the printer spec says it'll handle the paper weight?

would also look at worn rollers - you may get away with just cleaning them - with a solvent - can't remember the stuff I use but I'm positive google & printer roller cleaner will get you started....

Oh & the rollers degrade if NOT used as the rubber sits in the same place & get s flattened.

If you remove & heat them with a hair dryer you can also recover them.

It only takes a minute bit of wear / dirt for them to be affected.
