Hi,
I would like to buy a laptop specifically for photography, I thought about upgrading my photographic equipment but have decided against it for the time being. You see I share a laptop with my husband and my daughter so trying to download and edit my photographs can be a bit of a fight!
I could buy an Apple 13" Macbook Pro with Retina Display, Dual-Core i5 2.5GHz processor and 256GH Flash Storage and 8GB memory for a little over £1000 but I am not sure if this is the right laptop to go for, and it is a little over my budget of £750. I could sweet talk my husband for the rest but only if I had to!!
I hear a lot about this laptop but would not want to pay extra just for a name if I could get the equivalent cheaper!!
I would like it to be light and portable as I plan on taking it to Canada with me when we go in June/July but it is not an absolute necessity.
I use PaintShop Pro X5 so do not need anything with a photo editing suite already installed.
Any help on this would be much appreciated.
Cheers Carol
