Ay recommendation for places for landscape shots in Londond or close to London?

I second Tom's choice of the Wandle area, though it might not be the kind of landscape you're thinking of. I've taken the liberty of including the URLs of some of my Wandle pictures below. These are all from the area in and around Morden Hall Park, though other parts of the Wandle trail are similar.

That must have taken a lot of photoshopping to get rid of all of the shopping trolleys, plastic bags and rusty bikes! The dear old Wandle has been close all of my life but your pics show it in a whole new light!
 
The current issue of Outdoor Photography has a article with 30 landscape places within 1 hour of London.

Ok.. Not necessary in London, any recommended place.. I will be visiting London and staying in Chelsea, so want some good places where I don't have to stay overnight
