Hi all.
Very keen, but very amature newbie from Lancashire (Rossendale Valley to be precise) here.

Had my 1st DSLR camera, a canon 450D,for a couple of months and it has already started to become a bit of an obsession. I take it everywhere with me. I even take my camera to work with me in case I see somthing on the journey, though unfortunately I have to leave it the car whilst there because where I work is covered by the official secrets act and photography is a big no no. My wife says she has become a photography widow.

Will hopefully learn lots off these forums and become a better photographer.

Wow thats a coincidence. I was thinking of going to Southport that weekend for the airshow to have a look at what I work on (Eurofighter) in action.

Mind now made up. I'll be there. Where are you meeting?
