Most useless printers I have ever come across, that's what you get I suppose for buying cheap junk, bought mainly for printing text. 1st kodak printer died on me after 3 months so went back to shop for replacement. Sorry sir this mdel is now discontinued, not my problem I said, full refund or replace printer as S.O.G says if item breaks down under 6 months then it is deemed faulty when bought. They replaced it with a updated version ESP315c, now the warranty is out by a couple of months it is fu.... jiggered again. Blank ink is very faded, buying new cart's (proper Kodak brand) does not solve the problem, calibrating/cleaning printhead just empties the damn cartridge. Colour ink is ok when printing a test sheet, back is crap. This getting tossed out the back window after Xmas.

DON'T BUY KODAK PRINTERS, THEY'RE SH...RUBBISH

Will be looking for another printer soon, which printers are good for NOT using half a gallon of ink when starting up and charging from cold. Mainly for text use with the occasional photo print

I like the Canon Pixma IP 4300, had it a few years now and still going strong.

Used Epsons for years now. OK they don't last for ever but they seem to last better than others. Had an HP do the same as yours after 11 months, fortunately had extended warranty on that, replaced with an Epson

Another vote for Canon. Had ours about 4 years from canon outlet on eBay and no problems up to now.

I think I'll be going back to Canon, Had a Canon printer before which I had for yrs and worked flawlessly, upgrading to Vista when it came out made in compatible with new OS.

Time to start saving some pennies again.

I bought a Kodak printer once, it lasted 2 hours before I took it back and got a refund

Damn thing just would not print

Funny, you can only go on experience, had an Epsom and hp go tits up on me, got a kodak and it has been great, used daily for work, ink is a lot cheaper and have never had a problem with it.

Same here Kodak printer has never let me down.

I can't stand my canon printers. After years and years they just don't want to die. Ink cartridge prices are reasonable as well. So I can't really justify buying new printers :(

Just had once a clogged head on the carriage, take it out rinse under hot water. And job done. 7 years and going strong. Rubbish equipment I want something new.

Well having said Kodak have never let me down, my daughters printer looks like it needed a new head, the cost of which was more than another printer.

Went looking for a replacement and apparently Staples are no longer going to sell Kodak printers because of the number they have returned.

We have 3, all working fine, and ink is cheap, the printers today are consumables themselves......

Also had plenty of Kodak woes, but then every printer brand we've had has given trouble at some stage or other.

The kodak is the worst put together pile of junk of the lot though! Should stick to film!
