Knee support/warmers for winter walking

anyone use any knee support/warmers for winter walking
just finding out and about on long walks my knees are getting cold and just stiffening up a bit.

you could try neoprene supports but the best thing I've found for joints on a long walk is a decent pole. That will help with the stiffness but not warmth
