Last week I was booked on a flight from Bologna to LBA via Schipol (Amsterdam) and discovered that the filght from Bologna to schipol was cancelled, so hired a car cost 200 euros to drive 160kms to another airport to get a different flight to Schipol :shake: on the way I find out that KLM also cancelled the ticket not the flight from Schipol to LBA
So I call them and eventually get through and they tell me if I want to get on the flight it will cost me an extra 180 euros as the price has now gone up 
So I told them to stick it where the sun don't shine and got a cheaper flight with Jet2
This is a complete scam, also KLM never informed me that the first flight was cancelled, I found out from a colleague
