hey,

i am hoping to put some people minds at rest with warrenty issues relating to the us import in the uk.

i got a Canon 7D from kerso at the start of january and it developed a fault which turned out to be the main circuit board.
I sent it back to canon elstree a week ago and they are just finishing fixing it as a warrenty repair at the moment. They did not question anything, all i did was send it in with a description of the fault and a copy of the invoice kerso supplies when you order.

i have used him many times before and now i know this will not hesitate on using him many times again. :thumbs:

I had taken Ian at his word for the fact that the Canon bodies he sells do have a warranty which is valid in the UK if presented to Canon with his invoice, but it's still nice to hear about it happening in practice, cheers for posting! :thumbs:

If Mr Kerr manages to keep these outrageous deals up for the foreseeable future then I'll definitely be getting my next bod off of him, hopefully the 7D MkII ;)
