he is in fact total s***e.

The only slight redeeming feature about him is that he does look like a young Edgar Froese, but otherwise I find him about as funny as a bucket of cold sick. Atually, much the same can be said for today's "comedians". The only person today who makes me laugh is Jeremy Clarkson . . . and I think that alone proves my point.

I've never found him funny, but I did really enjoy his version of Through the Keyhole - probably because it was considerably less offensively rude than the rest of his programs.

He's nearly as unfunny as Michael McIntyre. and Wikipedia says about McIntyre
"In 2012, he was reported to be the highest-grossing comedian in the world"
so I guess I'll just give up.

Must be right if Wikipedia says so.

Celeb juice! Now that's good- the puppet mouth is funny

I think its an age thing.

I'm young enough to find him funny. Some of you may not..............................................................:exit:

You're all nutz, Keith Lemon is as funny as hell

lol

Jason Manford however........uhhh, wot an arse

:)

Sometimes I'm glad I am not young.

And there was me thinking I was the only person who thinks he is an annoying t***

He's pathetic.

.......is s***e.....just saying

Ok, you don't like Leigh Francis's character Keith Lemon. Out of interest which comedians do you like.

Personally I find Ross Noble, Kevin Bridges, Tom Stade, Dara O Briain, Jon Richardson, Adam Hills, Eddie Izzard, Rhod Gilbert, Micky Flanangan and Jimmy Car to name a few to be generally very funny, especially live.

Stand up favourites are Tommy Johnigan and Christopher Titus.

There is a bit of language but

I hadn't seen Adam Hills as a stand-up comedian in his own right until they showed one of his live stage performances after The Last Leg a couple of weeks ago - brilliant! and the BSL interpreter had a great sense of humour. It tripled my BSL vocabulary, but not necessarily with words I'd be using every day :D

But The Last Leg, sadly it seems to be turning into a variation on Top Gear with fewer legs - which is a shame because it was so good from the start, and when it is on good form it's really not afraid to say what it thinks and there are not a lot of tv shows these days delivering intelligent satire and expecting the audience to be aware of the issues they're lampooning.

Has Adam ever been on Have I Got News For You or The News Quiz?

I hate the so called up and coming range of comedians such as Keith lemon, Miranda Hart etc.....and Jimmy Carr.......but I do love billy Connelly, Dave Allen and Eddie Murphy......All old school and the best.....:)

Not sure if Adam Hills has appeared on those shows, don't really watch them that often.

A good show at the moment is the Alan Davies 'As yet untitled' some dross at times but some right gems mixed in.

Very good. Never seen him before.

Not too sure I'd describe any of those as 'up and coming'.......(you do know that Keith Lemon is a character made up by Leigh Francis :))

Dave Allen was very good, so too was Billy Connelly, saw him on his last tour at Manchester Apollo and some of his best lines are unrepeatable here :D
I like more observational stuff rather than just jokes usually, Jimmy Carr being an exception but his stuff is very clever word play, those words are often quite offensive when put together but clever non the less.
John Bishop is good live too but his act is a planned out routine, does handle heckles very well though where as with Ross Noble you get the impression he may have planned his first line then the rest is of the top of his head reacting to the audience, he will eventually come back and finish off a story but it could be a hour after he started :)

Keith Lemon isn't a comedian. He's a character portrayed by Leigh Francis.

I find him hilarious, but then again I'm not old or covered in dust.

Very good. Never seen him before.

He has a 30 min joke about when he met Bruce Springsteen one of the funniest things I've ever heard
He also explains a situation that cost him $30million

I'll dig him out on Youtube when I get home. Should be a laugh.
