Beginner Kase K9 Filter System and Lee GND Filters

I have found that the Lee GND filters are very difficult to get into the Kase K9 holder so anyone please say if the Kase GND filters are a better fit for there holder? I think the Lee filters are slightly to thick.

You can get Lee compatible rails from Kase to replace the Kase incumbent rails if you are using Lee Filters. But to answer the second part of the question, yes Kase GND filters are obviously a better fit for the standard rails as very slightly thinner than Lee.
