Yes
I have just returned home after a very special night in my photography 'career' ... shooting Sir Elton John in concert. Apart from the fact it was a great gig, I just felt privileged to be able to take some shots of a music legend. He knows how to give the photographers what they want and I will treasure the shots of him appearing to look straight down my lens ... what a wonderful night!:)

This thread is useless without pictures... :p

Nice one on the gig though :)

Ah amazing, I bet that was a real excitement for you huh?

Lucky you :D

Tony

Sounds like a well deserved rest. Look forward to seeing some photographs.

LMAO. Not the words I would have chosen. Sorry, my warped sense of humour at work there!

Well done on the gig and yes, please post some pics.

:nono::nono:Seems staying up late is making you think baf thoughts, or is it just my sick mind?

But heck yes, pics do need to get posted on this thread BIG time.

Who said I was staying up late? Now on the train to London...

Isn't innuendo a wonderful thing? ;)

Lovely shots. He was certainly giving you the eye in shot 2 wasn't he? ;)

Nice shots of Elton, no distractions, definitely giving you the eye there I like them:thumbs:.
I used to be a great fan in the early days of his career, haven't liked any of his stuff for a good few years now. Yellow Brick Road was his best ever and none of what he chucks out now comes anywhere near that classic.

Really good shots there.
