I want to set up a little studio in my shed. I would like a couple of lights that stay on all the time and some type of stand to mount them on, some soft boxes and/or umberellas nothing special. I haven't got a lot of spare cash so money is a big consideration also I have heard that some bulbs are very expensive? So if anyone could point me in the right direction I would be very grateful. Many thanks.
 
To photograph what?

Flash heads are much better/more versatile than continuous lights (which are hot and not very controllable).
