Hi, My name is Alan (obviously) getting back into photography after many years away (20yrs).
The reason I have started again ???
I've got a new dog, it's taken me 21yrs of married life to get a dog, the wife never wanted one. So while I'm out walking I love to take pictures of him, landscapes, anything really.
Bought myself a Nikon D5000 a few days ago, am loving taking shots of everything. The camera is far better than I am but am really enjoying "playing"

Will post a couple of shots sometime, please be gentle with me.
