Just ordered a pair of 5DmkIII bodies, what should I know?

The title has it all really, I've just ordered a pair of 5DmkIII bodies to replace my mkII ones, what are the top things I should know as a wedding photographer to get the most out of them?

I suppose you know the improved features of 5DIII over 5DII already.
I have found button customizing really useful. As I work in M during my weddings having assigned SET button together with the main dial to change my ISO has really sped up my shooting.

Yep, happy with the major improvements (AF, continusous shooting speed, high ISO, 2 card slots) and they were the main reason for making the switch. It is more about any settings, button customisation and things I wouldn't necessarily be aware of straight away that people have found really helpful (like the one you just mentioned).
