Had my tonsils out last thursday and ive been told to take 2 weeks off from work for recovery. So after my op I treated myself to a new lens and planned to get out and take some pics while im recovering from my op...sods law the day I get the lens the camera body starts playing up and refuses to auto focus properly Got my brother to take the camera back to jessops for me...its had to be sent away for repair and could take upto 4 weeks until its back :bang: rant over for now
 
Oh dear, that is unfortunate. I hope you get better soon - and get your camera back earlier than expected!
 
Never mind. I used the time off with my tonsilectony to build a new garage.
 
Thanks for the kind words :) Unfortunately out of everyone I know with SLR's, they are all a different manufacturer. I may borrow one though. Im going to clean my car within an inch of its life instead hehe
 
Oh, woops. I read the text correctly but it completely didn't register.
How about you take advantage of Jessops' 28 days returns and exchange policy?
Just buy a body, and return it when you get your one back?
 
Thats an idea. Im on the old statuory sick pay for the next couple of weeks so its not really financial beneficial to do :lol:
