Always wanted to talk with fellow UK photographers. This site looked appealing and people are friendly, so I joined in. Would love to interact and share experiences with others on here. Maybe I would bore you with my story with photography: from the days of the folding Kodak Box Brownie -wth accordion -like bellows. (was given one as a first camera, late 60s, when I first went to school) evolved through to my first SLR in the late 70's (A Soviet Zenith-E) then a Cosina CSM then Olympus OM-2n, followed by a couple of IS-series, then gone digital early naughts. Now I am fully digital with a Nikon D300 and some glass. I like to do landscape and macro. I work in Africa –great photo opportunities- but when in the UK I am in Glasgow.
