Off to Disneyland Paris in two weeks and just working out what kit to take and have decided on the following:
Now this will give me everything I need, but what if something fails on me? It's a paid shoot so I don't want to take any chances. If a body fails I have a second. If a flashgun fails I have a second. If the tripod fails it's wouldn't be the end of the world. But...what if one of the lenses fails! I have space for one more lens in the bag and I have the choice of the following:
Cheers
- 2 Bodies
- 2 Flashguns
- 24-70 f2.8
- 70-200 f2.8
- Tripod

I have space for one more lens in the bag and I have the choice of the following:
- 50-500: Not an option, way too big and heavy!
- 18-250: Would cover all the focal lengths but not a fast lens and will be taking a lot of shots indoors
- 28 f2.8: Seems like a viable option if the 24-70 breaks down, but wouldn't help if the 70-200 does (Although not anticipating using that much over 70mm)
- 50 f1.4: Can't really see too much advantage here although very fast.
Cheers
