Congratulations on the proposal. Also, what games did you get with your 360?
 
I got Need for Speed Shift (which is absolutely rubbish) well disappointing, i wanted your usual need for speed stuff with the chasing cops and street racing

And i got Fable 2 - i played the original fable and loved it, am looking forward to getting into this new Fable :)

I thought it was lovely of him to propose with an Xbox, specially as we dont do rings really.

thats a shame! im after Need for speed shift, i loved all the latest ones,

is shift just track stuff?
 
Be prepared to waste your life away on XBox live :lol:

Oh and watch out for the snotty foul mouthed kids.

Other than that, XBox is great

Its really serious :( like you have to break at exactly the right time and follow the right track and stuff

not banging into walls and chasing cops like the other one!


Undercover is really good, my housemate has it and i have stolen it from him :)
 
Have recently got Fifa 10, Forza 3 and Modern Warfare 2. All fantastic - just not enough hours in the day...

Congrats BTW, on both counts! ;)
 
Not into war games, though i love fable 2 because its so magical and unreal

i dont like the idea of war games, they are too graphic and i have no real wish to shoot people in the head

Have heard its very pretty though :)
 
Forza 3 is great, recommended.
Also GRID is a good driving game.
As for Modern Warfare 2, I havent bought it yet, but just bought and finished MW 1 off ebay 2nd hand and that was really great - good story, nice graphics and plenty of variety in the missions.
Best fun has to be Rock Band or Guitar Hero games...love them.

Forza 3 is FANTASTIC, and the photo mode is brilliant, some of the photos people are sharing online look as good as anything you'll see in here!!!
 
call of duty modern warefare 2 brilliant game only problem is i have completed it and on veteran too :thinking:

wasnt really that hard

thumbs up for forza 3

Well i dont wear rings - so it made sense to get me something we could afford at the moment and also would be useful

not really jewellery people really :)

am thinking of buying him a matteress in return ;)

That's because it's a racing simulation not a game, people take them very seriously.
How does Liam feel about his proposal playing second fiddle to an Xbox, are you sure you're ready for marriage :D
 
sorry to dredge this one up, just wondered if any of you have played with the photo mode in forza 3 or now forza 4.........

have a look here at some of the results : photo comp thread

not a patch on the real thing, but still amazes me from a computer game.......

congratulations on the xbox... i want one purely for forza....... however with the PS3 and wii.. can i really argue the case..... esp as both not used in over 6 months

I'm not a console or PC gamer at all, but my husband and his brother will play Forza for hours. I swear they slip into another dimension.

Oh, and Fi...Congratulations!
