Turns out my girlfriend of a year (who I was defending with my life in a recent predicament and who was begging me to move in with her) cheated on me with one of my so called best mates while I was away working on a cruise for 2 months :thumbs:
 
just try having that happen with your partner of 4 1/2 years who you have been living with for 3 years and your so called best mate! happened to me earlier this year, the last few months have been the most stressful in my life so far!
 
well my friends have already done the usual go out and get drunk haha
 
Sorry to hear that........but don't let it spoil your outlook on life.

Try and think of Karma.......if she cheated once she is likely to do it again......
 
well needless to say it's over, i kicked her out of my house at 5 in the morning, exactly what she deserved in my opinion.

too right, I think I'm too soft, I let her stay living with me for a bit and am trying to stay on speaking terms with her although that might have something to do with the mortgage we have together and not wanting to lose my house!
 
and as for the guy, there are some mates of mine (the troublesome type) aren't very happy with him at all.
 
Some mate eh. Sorry to hear this, but better now than down the road a way when you have a shared set of bills to pay etc.
 
this happened to a mate of mine,to be honest he was more ****ed off at losing the mate than the wife.

Plenty more out there, hit the town
 
That's a real ******* Marcus, I'm really sorry to hear it.

My mate's wife did the dirty. While he was in Iraq. Getting wounded. He got cas-evaced back, and she kicked him out.
 
there are some reeeally nice people in the world, well at least I'll save nearly £30 a week in petrol now and more in spending on her :thumbs: and i actually get to go to parties without feeling guilty :lol:
 
aw what a cow, i know what its like to be cheated on ,sounds like you are better off without her though
 
It's a fact that one of her mates is going to fancy you, all you need to do is find out which one :D
 
That sucks, dude.

I'm of the opinion that every relationship (friendship, marriage, girlfriend, etc) is pretty much founded on trust. No trust, no real relationship. I'd ditch them both as I'd never be able to trust either of them again.

Sorry to here that mate. It kind of happened to me a few years back. At first its like the worst thing ever, but you know what, it gets better and then you will meet someone else. I met someone else and im happy as can be now. She deserves what she gets now.

If i were you id post your naked revenge pics of her on here :P lol Just kidding ;)

Suprisingly I'm feeling completely fine about it, I'm just not contacting her at all really and just spending a lot of time with my mates (well as much as I can besides being ill)

best thing you can do, it's amazing how much time it free's up, since splitting up with "her" I've taken up cycling, got back into climbing and started playing badminton. Unfortunately that still doesn't give me enough time for photography. :bang:
 
I've been out with my friends, working the rest of the time and now laying in bed being ill haha

I remember we heard about it when you got the interview and the job but nowt since
 
bad enough that your finances are involved , be very very thankful there are no kids involved , the ones that get hurt the most are the kids , money can always be sorted in some shape or form ;) , please dont think i am being harsh , i am not in any way shape or form :)
 
Oh yeh, the cruise was good fun, but ridiculously hard work, as in 14 hour shifts 7 days a week, and the only thing we signed was saying we'd get 10 hrs rest a day. so we couldnt do anything about it really.

Agrees, 3 months down the line you will be relishing the fact you are not answerable to anyone (even if it is your house) and can please yourself/do what you want without a nagging conscience that you should be splitting your time.

well Saturday night (the night after we broke up) my mates took me to a mates birthday party and normally I would feel like I should stay at least kind of sober but I didn't have to at all :lol:
