Just done the best thing!

Hello,

Just to say , i have done the best thing (atm!) i have just orderd myself the Canon EOS 500D!

Hopefully it was a good idea... but im soo excited, finally got a REAL camera!

Ordered it from comet, 500D & EF-S 18-55mm for £593.99! have to wait untill the 8th september though, Even though there is one about 5 minuet drive from me, they didn't have 'pick up in store' which is quite annoying!

i'm not sure. All my film cameras have been Canon and they've been pretty awesome. I can't remember my first one, but my second was the Canon EOS 500n, it's a brilliant thing

Tis a good lens for the money, keep an eye of the for sale section but be warned, they get snapped up very quickly.
