I have decided to start using RAW now. I can see he advantage imediately. There are ome things I dont understand though...Once ive opend the image in cameraraw in pse7 i do the changes, wb etc etc. then open i in editor to continue working on it. When im done ive decided to save it as a jpeg, in case i upload it....and as a tiff so it is a lossless file when i re open it time and time again. I was told a tiffand jpeg shd lok the same on screen but the tiff seems sharper. Is there a specfic pixel size i should be saving them as? also would a tiff file be good for printing?
Thanks

A tiff file will always look sharper than a jpeg, even after one save. To be honest most people don't notice on the net because the resolution is so low but print them out and you'll be able to tell the difference straight away.

I'm glad i'm not the only one that get's annoyed having to save 3 different file types of the same picture. One day, residential broadband upload speeds might catch up to the same speed as in third world countries!

I have noticed also that images vary in sharpness depending onwhich viewer i use
