pffft......I'd like to see him do it with a 10x8

:)

Who's taking the pics of him taking pics???

Immense, though I get dizzy sitting on the toilet, heights are not for me. Just shows you the dedication some people go to though just to do what they love, be it climbing or photography...

A good camera (Nikon wasn't it ):naughty: and a head for height's,I can do one out of the two.......

Though if it was a Canon he wouldnt of had to have it strapped in, it would have survived the fall ;) lol

Fancy donating your 5D to testing that theory? ;)

Still, Yosemite is a beautiful place, i hope to go there one day. It's always nice to see such things without them being covered in cloud (/Scotland)

Very cool - he had a D7000 but later had an EOS 5D I think?

I did notice the 5D as well, guess its a case of using the strengths of whatever tool is best for the moment...

Went there last year and its truly an amazing place.

LOL that panned into the bottom part of the waterfall and Im thinking "yep, youd be mad to walk across that" then it just kept panning up and up and up! SOD THAT!

Beautiful stuff though.

Oh, don't get taken in. They do it all with Photoshop these days. Well known fact. :p

Incredible. Crazy, but incredible.

A nice film. Videography was great too. Got a colleague who's off to Yosemite climbing for a month in Oct. Jammy b****r.

I'd happily go back to Yosemite for a good 6 months +.

Spent 2 days there as part of my honeymoon, absolutely amazing place, you can't really describe how looking over that landscape makes you feel, even photos like this doesn't do it justice!

Im assuming thats the waterfall they were tight rope walking across... :cuckoo:

**** that for a laugh...

Search on Youtube for Dean Potter. He does this stuff all the time by the looks of things, and sometimes with no safety line!
