I was listening to the radio today in one of the many traffic jams i hit and there was a program about heroic animals and their awards.
I can kinda see why the guide dog in 9/11 got an award, and the dogs and horses in WWII, but i thought i was hearing things when Jilly Cooper was talking about wanting a monument in hyde park (which has since been built) to all the heroic animals. When she was putting her case forward she mentioned the 'brave glow worms that were used in lanterns in WW I'

what a complete and utter nut case!

LOL, I didn't think it had worked it kept telling my file upload failed ! I had to make it fairly small as I couldn't find a big enough hat to hide my Xmas surprise
