Subtle differences, i have one and to be honest, hardly ever use it, diffuser that is.

I use one of Flash in the pan's stoffen diffusers and find it a great help in certain situations.

i would check that the stofen diffuser fits your flash.
i have the 300afd and it doesn't fit on that

Err.....there are different diffusers for each flashgun, the one for the Jessops 360AFD is (according to Stofen) the model designed for the the Sony HVL-F36AM.
