Jessops cheap stuff

For the last hour I'm just getting "gateway timeouts" on the Jessops site. Occasionally it loads but then stops the minute you click the next link.

Been trying to get on site for hour or so,but it's so slow.
Have reserved Manfrotto 70cm bag for £2.
 
Just been to collect 2 Manfrotto bags. Staff had to go searching for them- but I have them :) Anyone want one for a tenner....... :P

Considering the slightly bigger 80 model cost me £30....away and :annoyed:

None in the stores round here :dummy:
 
I just went on the website and there is some ridiculousely cheap items, but for some reason all the mega bargins, when you click them to add to basket or view more info etc, it just takes you back to the homepage?..argg

is that they're way of saying too late mate..out of stock?

very frustrating indeed
 
Think there website sometimes lags behind stock items. For instance if your local branch has one faulty flash unit left it will show as item in stock until the branch sends it off to manufacturer.
 
Oh.. that's potentially better news, as there is quite a few items I want, I emailed them but with new years eve and all..hmm, think I will phone the store.:)

Well I phoned the main customer number and they said those particular items have sold out, then I phoned the local jessops and they said it's a technical fault. but they don't have the items in stock anyway.. man.. just missed out on 2 of the biggest bargins of this year..Items I'd been after for aons too...oohhhh wellllll
