Jessops at Westfield Stratford.

Good morning

Just a quick query.

Does anyone know if there is a Jessops store at Westfield Stratford (Olympic Park one) as google says there is, with lots of articles about the new store opening up, but the Westfield and Jessop websites state there isn't one at Stratford Westfield.

I'm going there this Saturday, and hoping to pop into Jessops.

Why not just ring Jessops and ask them ?
 
What? Actually put some effort in? Far easier to get other people to do it for you...

I copied your message and sent it to jessops for you, so far I have not got a reply. Only got an automated reply confirming email received. If I do get a proper response of them, I will tell you their answer. Or if you have since found out if there is a jessops at that location, let us know the answer :)

Not sure if the OP has already contacted Jessops, but I did and I got no response from them. It was by message and also an email, I also sent a message via their facebook page. Nothing got a reply from them, I don't mind sending off an email or message but not going to phone them.
 
You may do a lot better looking at the storefinder page and actually phoning a local store
 
I can understand the OPs confusion. Theres no mention of it on the Jessops store finder.

Ive just spoken on the phone to a very helpful chap at Jessops Oxford Street. The Stratford store was open for a grand total of 16 months.

Not there any more :D

My local Jessops in Church St Liverpool has now become a Wilkinsons Camera Shop, my mate bought his Fuji X20 from them.

I have to admit that I am pretty disappointed by some of the sarcastic and blunt replies to a simple question. I never asked anyone to do anything for me but am grateful to those that did. The reason for not making a phone call was that I was at work so shouldn't have even been on this forum! I've come back slowly to this forum after a long spell of ill health and wanting to get back into photography and to get responses that provoke a bite back just sums up how this forum is going.

Must admit I'm some what disappointed at some of the sarcasm displayed too, not really within the spirit of the forum IMO :(
 
No sarcasm intended on my part, just pointing out the obvious :thinking:
It would be what I would do, but I'm not increasing my phone bill for other people
 
I designed the shopfront for the Stratford Jessops store (and about another 25 stores in that Westfields). That is all. :D
 
I single handedly caused the downfall of Jessops? I think that's a tad unfair, but I would like to think I played a small part. :D

I can give you a list of the others I did too, keep an eye out for them going bust too. lol

I preferred the Blue Colour rather than the Black, may have even looked better in bright red, or is that colour reserved for Currys :)
 
come on guys, bit mean with the sarcasm. We all know Shazza likes to float these challenging questions sometimes, cut her some slack!
