Hi was kindly given one of these of a member on here ....im useing it on a nikon D5100....any one no were i can down load a manual for it as its my first flash and not got a clue how best to use it

Kev, I have the Canon version and could send you a copy of the instructions, they should be pretty much identical I'd have thought.

Oh and the instructions just say 360AFD, no C or N so it will be identical to the one you'd have had with yours.
