will the jessops 360 flash work correctly with my canon 500D
just seen a previous thread where a member had problems with his on a 450d and returned it

There are different ones for different brands, the Canon version should do.
 
I broke both my flashlites feet at a wedding (Don't ask!!!) and had a Sikhs birthday party the next day.......had to buy a £99 Jessops jobby to get me out of a muddle. Worked fine but very slow compared with the Canons.
 
should be mine mate - the problem on the other thread wasn't due to any compatibility issues between the camera & flash models.

go for it - it's a good, basic flash unit.

Just reserved one of these to be collected later £40 with the reduction and code.

Are they a good starting point if you don't have a flash?

What reduction/codes is that. At £40 a couple of them would make good presents.
 
Just ordered two of them from Jessops to collect at the store for £78 on Monday!
 
I paid £99 for one as a backup flash unit and have had no problems and they also work great as a slave .
 
Thanks for spotting this - they are now £69 in the Jessops sale, so £39 to collect, which I'll be doing later this afternoon:thumbs:
 
Going to order another if they still have some left on wednesday too. £39 is ridiculously good!!
 
god damn it!! lol trying to sell a brand new one....for that price though I think I will just keep it as a back up or ive just lost 60 pounds lol

Hi does the jessops 360afd flashgun work ok,with a canon 550d,as I have just seen they r £59....
 
Holy thread bump, Batman !

There will be a Canon specific version which will be fine for the 550D.
