Day 303. Papping The Mammy.

Another quiet day in "JonnyLand" My Mum came to the house today, I was on the computer expecting a knock at the door and a "Hi, how are ya?" But nothing. Looked out the window and she was leaving the house without saying hello or goodbye!! So off I went with the D90, 17-55 and SB-900 to give her a bit of a papping experience. :)

Note to my Mum. Next time, bigger envelope!! :)
 
Day 304.

A day spent with gran shopping. I swear I saw the girl on the checkout quiver when she saw my gran waiting to be served. My flash triggers, umbrellas and light stands arrived today. Had a quick play and was off out tonight for a couple of beers, DVD and a kebab round at a mates. This will be the first photo of my 365 taken, processed and uploaded purely with the iPhone. It probably shows as well!!

Day 305. Hells Oven.

Overview.

A soaked through morning spent with the Bern. Thought due to all the water and rain around that likely hood of a fire might be quite slim. :)

Just really a muck about with the flash, got some Lee Filters and I like the purple one. I left the new trigger in the car, so this was done with good old Nikon CLS. Stuff like this is going to take a lot of practise, I wish I'd hidden the flash better, but CLS needs line of sight to work. The new triggers would have allowed me to light the other side of the oven with a different flash. Which would have been nice. :)
 
Woot, urbex. Or is it your kitchen?

I've just started to look for sites here, no luck so far.
 
Day 306. Tardree Forest.

Shot for the day done and all by 3pm, can't beat it. Took the dogs a dander around Tardree Forest, a very grey damp day so decided to try and not incorporate much sky into the picture.

Have planned to go on another dander tomorrow, hopefully will get a nice day for it, doubtful though. :)

A boring cold day, felt really under the weather so decided to forget about walking around in the rain. It's been done before and better by other people but I like it, another clichéd oil on water. Needs to be viewed large. :)

A boring day spent sorting out more CV's for jobs. Had no idea what to do for my 365 shot today, so Gazedd obliged with a Twitter request for an idea.

I decided to get a bit arty with the lighting. I kinda like it. :D

Spent this morning suited and booted at another interview. On the way home I saw a derelict gate lodge of sorts, so in I went. No tripod or 1020 so had to make do with the 17-55 2.8. It felt weird exploring in a suit. :)
