JD's 365.

Cheers Fabs, this is one of about 6 attempts. The floor was rotten in some places so you had to try and walk past the bad bits, all the time waving a torch about like someone with a bit of a want.

Well if you ever get into trouble I'm sure that nurse would look after you. :D

Day 096 BIC

:bang:Forgot to take my camera to work today, I doubt I would have got anything anyway. It rained nearly all day in Belfast, sat in traffic for an hour and got thoroughly fed up!! :|

This was taken with the 50 1.8 and a set of extension tubes. f4 I think. I must buy a macro lens next pay day. :naughty:

You must buy a macro lens, it's great fun and with summer approaching all sorts of macro bug shots just waiting to be taken ;)

Day 097. Drunken Night In.

A mate called round tonight with a carryout, so we decided to get drunk, put the world to rights and kill some people on Call Of Duty. Uploaded a day late purely because I was in no fit state to do anything last night, didn't even make it to bed!!

Day 098 View To Slemish.

Lovely day here, I'd taken a few shots around Ballycastle earlier and thought "happy days, 365 shot in the bag" But on the road home I just really liked the clouds on this picture, so here it is!

Also, on another note, just found out my bank account has been hacked. Spent about half and hour on the phone with the bank going through all the recent transactions. I'm glad there wasn't more money in the account or I would have been properly cleaned out. £140 down, not a happy bunny. A suicidal one in fact. ;) Bank card has been cancelled and I've to go to the bank to file a fraudulent claim form tomorrow, here's hoping it's sorted quickly or I'll be living off family loans until pay day.

Sorry to hear about your bank trouble, seems to be happening to a number of folks.

Fantatsic sky in today's photo, you really seem to capture depth and scale of the clouds in your landscape shots

Cheers SM, I'm hoping the bank doesn't drag it's feet and start arguing about what transactions I can claim for. As far as the picture goes f22 helps, I'm a bit addicted to aperture priority at the moment.

Day 099

Didn't really have much time to take a picture today, my mind has been elsewhere. Went to the bank and filed a transaction dispute this morning, was able to dig a bit deeper into exactly what had been taken from my account. Turns out that it's getting close to £400. Roll on the weekend, and pay day.

Argh, that's not good, hope your bank is able to sort things out for you soon!!! Glad you turned over some pieces of your card :)

It wouldn't have made a difference as it's only the card number not my account number. But yes!! I took a few and realised.

It's going to take about 3 weeks, which isn't good. Thankfully pay day is next thursday. Hopefully I'll have my new card by then.

Sorry to hear about your bank problems, I hope it all gets sorted out ok.

Day 100

Day 100, only 265 to go. Was struggling for inspiration again. Sasha has been in a playful mood since I got home and I haven't posted a picture of her in a while. This is probably the "where's my piece of the pork chop?" look. At 2200 ISO as well.

But you'll always forgive her. Who could resist a face like that.:D

I can't stay mad at her long!!

Like the credit card/scissor shot - nice B&W. Sasha looks so sad!

She'd only just been told off. Then she managed to open the kitchen door last night and I was rudely awakened by wet nose on the feet this morning!!:)

Day 101.

Quite an unusual Saturday, we will be going to The Circuit Rally tomorrow so Pete and I spent today traipsing across fields looking at old abandoned cottages in Co.Armagh. Just having my first beer of the night, probably another rough one ahead. Night!!!

That building looks like bad things have happened there, erm ok maybe I've watched too many horrors. Good shot :)

Good shot, I like that. Very dramatic. I agree that it does have a 'look' about it though ....

Day 102. Liam Egan.

A great day considering Pete slept in. There is a first for everything!!! We weren't exactly sure where the stages were so we took a wee peak on the internet. It mentioned the stages being based around Castlewellan. Turns out, after buying a programme, that they were actually near Newry.

We decided to head for SS12/14 as it's starting time suited when we were going to arrive. It was called Carrigans Hill for obvious reasons. I'm a bit sun burnt and a bit tired, but really happy with the pictures I got. Watch this space!!

Sounds like you had a good day (interested to see you other shots). Whilst on our way to Glastonbury today I saw some cars on the track at Thruxton, so I really need to pay the place a visit (as it's only 10 mins away from me).

Day 103

Ok, first day off, big lie in, felt great. Have done absolutely nothing today and it's been fabulous!! Well, I've played with the camera and watched a couple of films. So I've been far from busy as a bee today!!

I know what you feel like, we have spent the week at my parent's place with my brother and his family. Children, food and alcohol have been the main factors of the week, action has been low on the list. Excellent!
