Has anyone got one of these? My one doesn't seem to be charging. I have gone through all the suggested troubleshooting methods I can find, charging off a laptop usb port, charging off our kitchen socket usb port, charging off 3 different plugs with usb ports both in a couple of different plug sockets.

The lights don't cycle as expected and I can't activate it by tapping it. The app won't pick it up either. It's only 4 months old.

Anything I might have missed?
 
As I said, I've gone through all the troubleshooting I can find. Hard reset, soft reset, everything. My first port of call was the Jawbone site, then google. Unfortunately, it looks like it is dead after joining a Jawbone facebook group, Amazon have offered a full refund on returning it to them.
 
Ah ok, thought you might have missed the paperclip in little hole on cable as you only mentioned trying different power sources and did ask for anything you may have missed.
Anyway sounds like you have a resolution.
 
The first port of call I always go is the product troubleshooting, then trying to Google resolutions. I wouldn't have asked on here without going to the product site first like many others might. This was after several hours of trying everything. I got other tips on the facebook group but they didn't work either. I thought I'd see if someone had experienced the same issue.

Unfortunately still no resolution to fix it. Just a refund
 
Could the custom charging lead be duff?
Spares look to be available for between £3-£12.
 
It's only 4 months old so I wouldn't expect it to be. It still has the orange light when attached to the charger, just doesn't go through the light cycle to indicate it's charging and doesn't activate or wake on tapping and won't reconnect with the app
