Anyone got a Jaguar with incontrol app, mine was working fine to start the car in the morning, now has decided to stop working it says the incontrol is sleep mode?, but after a long run is still asleep ? anyone ssen this ? ta
 
The Land Rover one has been down for a few days, according to a message from Land Rover they have been having server issues

brilliant, thanks, will hang on a couple of day see if it come back to life, typical though, just when you always need it.

I had to go all 1970's this morning and start the car by actually going to it :)
 
SWMBO Disco Sport hasn't connected to the app for a few days now.
Got an aftermarket controller on my D3, so just send it a text to start the pre-heater and all nice and toasty when I get in :)
 
A few people been reporting issues on the F-Pace forum. I think there is a newer version on the App Store to download which is being recommended. Great cars to drive but the infotainment not their strongest part.

I have downloaded the new app, but it still says the car is asleep, it was driven for a good couple of hours yesterday, and still no joy, logged on a pc as well and it still isn t talking to the car, will take it to jag tomorrow see what's up.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. That seems to have worked for some.

Done all that and reset the incar using the assistance button, all no good, its booked in on Friday to see whats going on, Jaguar Bolton are painfully busy, a week to look at it :(
 
well a total reset and a new incontrol version has fixed half of it, so better than nowt, starting the car remotely works now so that will do for now :)
