Hi to everyone,

I have just joined the world of DSLR with the purchase of a used Sony A350 - I know there are mixed views of the Sony cameras but it felt best in my hands when I tried a few out and seems to offer a decent balance of features vs. costs as a first camera.

I just have the kit lens at the moment - which I will probably stick with until I've learnt a bit more.

I look forward to getting in some practice and getting comments and suggestions from the more experienced members here.

If the A350 felt right in your hands, then it's the right camera for you.

No point in buying something just because someone else recommended it if you aren't comfortable with it and leave it at home all the time.
