My insurance company have allowed me to go and get a camera in advance of them completing my settlement...:woot: :woot: .... so I now have a 400d. (it was the 350d that was stolen). However, I'm now scared to actually take any pics......how crazy is that???

Busy over next few days anyway, so probably no chance till weekend.

Am I going nuts????

And to make it worse you are an over 40's female, so I'd say nuts is fairly on the cards!! :D :lol:

No seriously, I can imagine your feelings.... it should be exciting but it's tinged with worry after your last mishap.
Force yourself to get out and do it......WE WANT TO SEE SHOTS....AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! :thumbs:

I know how you feel on the photographic side and its a pity we dont live a bit closer, as Id love someone to go out and play with!

Just dont heap any pressure on yourself and try to relax a little, though its more than understandable you'll probably be a bit nervous if you go out in public alone after what happened.

Eagle Star......fortunately we made sure our house insurance covers taking things out of the home up to a value of £5000 for going on holidays etc. so were well covered. Sadly, since we were burgled 8 months ago, our next premiums are going to be horrendous!!
 
Glad your all sorted Carole, don't be shy get snapping that bigger screen and extra Af's are soooooo much better than before. :) :woot:
