Hi all,
So I transferred iTunes from old PC to new PC a couple of weeks ago, my wife is still using the old PC and has added songs and playlists, we now want to transfer these new songs and playlists to new PC. Is this possible or will we have to copy the whole lot again?

Have you got iTunes Match? That will automatically do it utilising cloud.

If you don't have iTunes match using the same accounts on both pcs:

Create a smart playlist that has all songs added since the date you moved to your new pc - use "date added" is after XXX, "media kind" is music.
Select all the songs in iTunes and drag to a folder, either on a usb drive or a shared network folder.
You can then drag these into iTunes on the new machine.

For the playlists, select the playlist, go file > library > export playlist (thats on a mac), and export each playlist to a folder.
On the new machine, go file > library > import playlist and import the playlists, I think you have to do this one by one.
