iTunes connection help please - *Solved*

Trying to connect my iPhone 5 to iTunes (has always worked before).
I have the latest iTunes and ios9.3.1 on the iPhone.
iPhone asks if I want to allow the connection and I select 'Allow'.
I can see the iPhone in 'File Explorer'.
I have done a hard reset on the iPhone & rebooted the PC.
iTunes doesn't diaplay it

Make sure you have the latest iTunes installed.
