We've had quite a lot here, Newcastle under Lyme, in the last hour and it's still snowing heavily.

Where else?

Was talking to a friend in Telford. ..apparently snowing there too.

Yep it's snowing here in Northants :D

Still tropical up here! :p

SNOW - last hour or so in sunny Wigan.......Brrrrrr.....

About 2 inches on the ground

Just spoken to friends in both Stamford and near Newark, covering of snow in both

Raining in S Norfolk - hard enough that some kind of hat is in order. Car said 3.5 deg on way home from Naaaardge!

Heavy sleet here in NE Lancs, just starting to stick on the roads.

Crappy wet run round the M25 from Watford to Leatherhead full of numpties with FOG lights on. Hello, it's not bloody foggy! The red mist has descended.....:bat:

Ah yes, fog lights. A personal pet peeve here too.

Most of Stoke has been covered in snow. Quite surprised as met office snow warning reports are usually nonsense.

Not here it's not, flooded roads everywhere this way. It has now turned bitterly cold so we may get some overnight but I doubt I'll see any on the ground. No doubt there'll be some over the mountains when I next manage to see them!

Sleety, slushy stuff falling (and settling) in Norfolk at the moment. Too wet to call proper snow.

Was snowing earlier on here in North Wales I'm hoping that it will stay around till Sunday when I can get out with the camera

No snow here in Perthshire.

Snow on the bigger mountains but not at 'ground level'.

Hovered below freezing all day though so all nice and white and crispy.

Currently a beautiful morning here, with a virtually cloudless sky. I can see some snow on the moors, from my office window, but nothing at our level. We had a lot of rain and sleet yesterday evening, but we seem to have escaped.

Still peeing down here in Nth London, but probably warmer than it was earlier, so I doubt we are in for anything more than some extra mud on the dog walk.

Same here Yv...it warmed up as the evening went on.
Bloody freezing now though. ..but no sign of snow.

Still raining on and off Ruth, and now a howling wind too [no, no sprouts passed the front door of this house this christmas] but I checked the traffic cams and the motorways through the midlands seems to be clear so daughter just headed off oop north and all is quiet in the white-gold residence :D

If you want snow Sarah why not join us on Sunday morning in the Beacons for a sunrise shoot, there will be snow over the mountains that's for sure and plenty of exercise in the very fresh air. http://www.talkphotography.co.uk/th...-y-fan-sunrise-on-sunday.572324/#post-6635847

Do you know, I actually looked in there last week . . . and then I looked at the time you nutters are setting off
I'm afraid I'd never make a landscape photographer. Too cold, too wet and too early !!!

Hope you all have a fab time though, and I'll take a peek at the photos when they're up.

About 2 inch in nottingham last night, had to drive bout 15 miles back from relis in it. Didn't look like gritters had been out on even main a roads.

We had a dusting this morning, close to Knockhill. Technically we're PKC when it comes to paying council tax but not when it comes to fixing potholes...
