Its snowing here

Three inches and counting in Durham.
 
A layer here in the South West but hopefully will be washed away soon, hate the stuff!
 
Yeah. Snowing here in the East Midlands too. Hoping it stays 'til morning so I can go out and shoot.
 
Its forecast for here overnight, but I hope it doesn't, as I have got a studio shoot booked for tomorrow, and it's about an hour away.
I do have a 4x4 though.
 
We've had a covering, but it's - well the best way I can describe it is - snowing Ice at the moment.

Just been out to clear wifes car off and it bl**dy hurts !!
 
Everybody on facebook seems to be saying it's snowing, including those that live about 10 minutes from me, but nowt here yet!

i love thedailymash :-) made me chuckle.

phew, it's snowing here now. let's hope we get a good covering.

i think the most snow i can remember recently was in 2009, forgive my girlie arms.

And yet a few miles away on the coast here in Sunderland, we had a light covering which has now been all but washed away by rain/sleet.
I should mention that I'm a couple of minutes slow walk from in the North Sea here, so when I say 'coast' I mean it :)
 
Just started lightly in Eltham.
 
Nice little covering up here, maybe 5-6 inch.
The Mrs would say 4-5 :lol:
 
9pm in Basildon / Essex and we have. . . . nothing, nada, zilch. Hope we get some overnight as it would nice to get out early in the morning for some shots.

It's been snowing (light snow) since mid afternoon here - settled more than I thought it would...just dreading it all icing over before I go to work on Monday.

I remember three or four years ago when we had snow around Christmas, I live in Nottingham and had to go to a farm in Leics - the strangest thing was driving down the M1 in fine conditions until it suddenly became a landscape of snow all over! Literally like a line was drawn between the snow and no-snow!
 
-3c here but no snow. We had a light covering this morning that has mostly gone.

between warwick and solihull here been snowing since 2pm. about 3-4inches at the moment. Just got back from the local curry house bloody freezing very wet snow.
 
couple of inches here in hagley, hoping it lasts till morning for some good shots of hagley hall in the snow....and maybe some cold deer.....
 
Ordered a take away but del driver couldn"t get to us and had to turn back , no cars up our estate since this aft.

Plenty of it here in Benfleet, about 5 miles away from you, hehe. :)
 
not a lot here in co durham and we are normally the first to get 6 feet
 
Lots of white stuff, 5 inches and rising here in Epping, Essex
