Pretty basic but thought I'd give it a shot with a photo I took last year but never used!

I got my image ans then added merry christmas and wrote on talk photography as well. I then went ti resize I went to image size and then used 400 for the width and the only way I could get 80 for thw height was to uncheck constrain, then the image was distorted.
 
All I can think of is once its 400 then, re crop is that the height is 80px which will prob lose some of the image just choose a part you like
