Dashed around like a blue a**ed fly this morning to get back in time for the water board to arrive.

Appointment was booked for between 12 and 4pm. Guess what? They turned up at nearly 4pm!!

They fixed the leak and dealt with the downstairs toilet replacing the ballcock etc

Why do companies always do this? They give such a wide time as to when they might turn up. When they do turn up its nearly at the last minute!

One interesting thing we were told was if we had a water meter it gets a high priority!!!

i booked an annual boiler service with BritishGas for last monday AM, they finally turned up at about 2pm on the tuesday........! id have passed comment to the bloke about his time keeping but i was at work.....

We booked a 12-00 to 4-00 appointment for the fridge engineer one day, got up early went out and did all the shopping rushed back home by 11-30 only to find a card through the door say the engineer called at 11-10.

Phoned up customer support and told them and they said I would have to rebook, the earliest was in 7 days time. Apparently the engineer called my mobile to confirm he could come early, funny how my mobile never rang

Recently ordered a new washing machine from Tesco Direct, delivery time given from 7am-7pm.

No problem with that........... It arrived at 6.40am !!

Got a call at 6.30am from the delivery guys saying they weren't far away, "can we deliver". Yes I says. Ten minutes later they were here !!
