Bug Issues with Flickr bb code?

Hi guys.
There seems to be a lot of red X's coming up from the Flickr bb code, recently. Any Idea as to what's causing it?

Just for info - I'm not having the problem on other 'Bulletin Boards' and images that I've previously posted ok on here, if I scroll back through the thread are not showing.

Images of mine have come and gone and then come back again too. AFA we know, the site software hasn't had any changes made for some time before this started being observed.
