Issue with Digital Photo Professional on Mac

Hi All

Fairly new member here.

I have recently upgraded my slow old windows pc to a swanky new iMac. However after loading Version 22.4 DPP on it, I can see the file structure and even the individual photos and metadata, but the photo's are displayed as a grey box with a diagonal cross through. My camera is a Canon 7D and the photo's displayed no problem on my windows pc before.

Has anyone else had this problem?:shrug:

Make sure you have the latest version
Digital Photo Professional 3.11.31

I've not had this problem on my mac and a 1dMK4
