I have downloaded the basic Noiseware software, and found it pretty good. I notice there's a lot more adjustments available in the options box when it's opened up, but you cannot use it unless you pay for the upgraded software. Has anyone used the upgraded software? is it any good? is it worth upgrading, or is there anything better out there?

I haven't used Noiseware, but I've been using Noise Ninja for years. Pretty inexpensive too, but really good.

I use Noiseware Community Addition, which is a free version, and I can use all the different adjustment options. Great bit of freebie software. :)

I'll have to check my noiseware software to see if it's the same?

Since the latest Lightroom 3 Beta, I've stopped using Noise Ninja etc.

The noise reduction in LR3 might not quite be on a par with dedicated software, but it's incredible fast and of course entirely non-destructive.

just checked and i have the community software, and when you go into the more controls function, there are a whole host of adjustments that you cannot use unless you have the pro package?

Ah, I see. In your first post you said "options box", so I thought you meant when you go to View > Options in the toolbar. My mistake, I understand you now.
