Is Vinyl and a Medium Hot Iron a good combination

I have a few creases on the edge of my white vinyl background from standing it upright has anyone used an iron to remove them or is there a better method

I tried this, with inevitable, melty results. Fortunately it was only a cheap lightcube background. Never did find a way of getting it smooth.

not a good idea, once is been down for a while in a warm room is will sort its sef out.

please do, it will only end in well melting, if your that worried try a hair dryer,

Iron is the best thing for it on a very low setting making sure that you don't hold it in one area.

Coating model planes wings in Vinyl uses the same process. Just be carefull.

What about trying a hair dryer at low setting so that the warm air does the job?

If anything, I think the hair dryer on low setting may be better, thanks all for your input.

I use a hair dryer on mine works a treat, just don't use the hottest setting and you should be fine.
