Is Upgrading from 600D to 80D Worth It?

I'm thinking about upgrading my 600d for an 80d. The reasons for this are that the dynamic range is a bit better, iso performance is a bit better (I like low light handhelp shooting), the body is slightly bigger(I've just got a 15-85 and it seems big on the 600d), the top screen would be useful and the battery is better/bigger. The wifi would probably be good too.

My questions are though, do the differences in image quality matter all that much in real life and could I save some cash and go for the 70d instead? Or would that be a waste of time from a 600d compared to the 80?
 
I have gone from a 100D to the 80D

I find the 80D seems faster to focus and more accurately, even with the same lens.
I find the 80D very heavy since I've been used to the 100D.
The flip screen (does the 600D screen flip?) makes a huge difference to me (the 100D screen didn't flip.

I don't regret getting the 80D but still find the 100D easier to take out and about
 
Image quality with the 80D is much better, noise is very much less. You have many more customisation options with the 80D which may or may not matter - they have made a very large difference to me.
 
Either 70D or 80D would be a notable improvement on the 600D. Whether it's worth to spend the extra money on the 80D is really down to your budget I think.

As a keen but sporadic amateur, I went from a 350d to the 70d and the difference was night and day. IQ, AF, high iso quality, excellent video performance with the STM lenses. Hardly surprising.
The jump from 600d should still be significant I imagine.
I then went to an 80d with little noticeable improvement in my picture taking, but the abilty to autofocus at f8 and the increased number of AF points justified it for me. Its low light ability is pretty impressive, from what I've seen.
If budget not an issue, go for the 80d, otherwise there are some good savings to be had with the 70d.
